I know it has been a excruciatingly long time, but I’m here with another BANGER dumpling review. So we will now be reviewing Baodega in NYC’s Union Square neighborhood.

I went there a few days ago with my trusty driver, as usual.

We ordered the crab, the pork, and the chicken dumplings. My driver warned not to get the chicken and — by jove! — the driver was right this time around. The crab was good but wasn’t quite crabby enough, and there just wasn’t enough soup. However, the pork was pretty good, had a slightly better amount of soup in the dumpling but the chicken is just oh my gosh this dang chicken was so bad it makes McDonald’s McChicken look like the Joe’s Shanghai of chicken sandwiches. We also got the special fried rice and it was good.

Now that the weather is hopefully cooling down, my driver and I should be eating a LOT more soup dumplings. So expect more thrilling reviews soon!
