Nom Wah

Hello, elegant fellows! Today I shall be making a review on the other Nom Wah — the main Nom Wah down in Chinatown –and telling you how it is.

I was chauffeured over by my trusted 5-star taxi driver on a sunny Friday. There was a long wait so I was hoping for the best dumplings I have ever had. My taxi driver and I waited for like 20 minutes before being seated.

It came to the table broken. 😦

Once seated, I ordered the soup dumpling and my taxi driver had some broccoli and fried rice. I was so hungry that I ate some of my chauffeur’s fried rice while I waited. When the dumplings finally came out they were a semi-disappointment for how long the wait was. The wrappers were too thin. There was barely any soup inside them, and there were not enough dumplings for the price. Also, the sauce was all wrong.

If you’re going to Nom Wah go to Nom Wah Nolita, but there are better places to go near Nom Wah. See my next post for more 😉
