I went to Dumpling Man in the East Village of Manhattan.

I got 2 orders of soup dumplings and a Sprite. The soup dumplings are soupy, and the wrapper is the best that I have had so far. The meat is decent, and the sauce was not sour enough. You can watch the people making the delicious juicy dumplings in front of you if you would like to.
